resources available for families and single parents in need, teens in crisis
and children. Teens and Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All activities are free—Food, live music, kids’ zone, haircuts, garage sale
giveaway, community and family services and resources, drawings for prizes,
fun for families, single parents and kids! |

Aug. 7 – Family & Youth Float Trip; leave Calvary at 6am, return 10pm.
$20/person/canoe, $30/person/kayak. Please sign up by contacting Dan or on
the bulletin board in the Hangar Student Center.
Aug. 15 - Back to School Splash; 6:30pm; The Republic Aquatic Center will be
free and open to all at 6:30pm. We will also be providing free bbq. Invite
your friends and neighbors as we reach out to our community for the school
year.
Aug. 18 - Wednesday Night Live!; 6pm; Join us for the kick-off youth service
for the new school year. Crazy games, skits, music, and devotional. Are you
ready?
Aug. 21 - Family Community Day; 9am; Help with projects at the old football
stadium. Painting, clean up, landscaping, and more. A great local family
mission project!
Aug. 25 - New Students and Parents Orientation to our Student Ministry;
7:30pm. This meeting is for all students and parents who have recently
joined our student ministry either through moving or promoting up to 7th
grade. We will go over calendars, answer questions, and let parents know how
they can be involved in the spiritual life of our teens and ministry.
Aug. 27 - 1st Hangar Friday Night; 7-10pm at our student center. Snacks,
dodgeball, and devotional for teens.
BROCK GILL IS COMING BACK TO REPUBLIC! Friday, September 17th, Christian
Illusionist Brock Gill will be in Republic. Brock’s ministry to teens and
young people is absolutely incredible. This will be one of our biggest
evangelistic youth events in Republic. The rally will be held in one of our
schools, final details are being made now. There will be many opportunities
for adults and student to help. Please stay tuned as this important date
approaches.
