About Graffiti Girls
What you need to know about Graffiti Girls 2017: This year’s theme is ROOTED. We will be focusing on self-worth, social media, and standing firm in your identity in Christ. ◊ Host Location: This year we will be holding the conference at Spring Creek Venue located in Republic at 7368 W Farm Road 186. ◊ The students will spend Friday night at Host Homes. Closer to event time we will be furnishing a list with contact information for the home where your child will be staying. ◊ Conference Times: Doors will open on Friday Night, November 3rd, at 5:30 and all students need to be checked in by 6:00. The Conference will end Saturday afternoon, November 4th, at 2:30. ◊ Drop off and pick up will be at Spring Creek Venue. ◊ Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast, and lunch will be provided. Please let us know of any food allergies in advance. ◊ Cost: $25 per student, $35 for non-Calvary students. ◊ Please contact us if scholarships are needed. ◊ Conference fee may be paid online through Calvary’s e-giving (see below). For paying, after signing on, simply pull down to where it says "Graffiti Girls". Be sure to reference the student's name. ◊ A long-sleeved t-shirt for each student is included in the registration cost. Size order is on the registration form. Register by October 22nd to guarantee shirt size. ◊ What to pack: ◊ Bedding – sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress (twin suggested), etc… ◊ Change of clothes including sweatshirt/coat for outdoor activities (make sure to dress in layers!) ◊ Toiletries (one night – no showers) ◊ Bible, pens, notebook ◊ An open heart and great attitude!
