We have a total of 124 campers!

1st-2nd Grade: 44 (YELLOW GROUP)

3rd-4th Grade: 38 (GREEN GROUP)

5th-6th Grade: 42 (BLUE GROUP)

Approximately 1 out of 5 is not from Calvary!

Arrival Information

  • Please park on the East side of the building (Illinois St) and come through the door by the kids wing

  • Please arrive between 7:40-8:00. (Lunch team at 9:30)

  • We will pray each morning at 8:00 in the choir room and go over any instructions

    • All leaders have a red lanyard they can pick up in the choir room

    • If you have children, you are more than welcome to bring them as well. However, they need to stay with you until check-in begins.

    • On Monday, we will have your shirts in the choir room.

  • Doors will open for kids at 8:15 sharp! We need all group leaders in their spots!!!

    • Group leaders should begin taking attendance as kids arrive.

    • Attendance sheets will be in a binder within each section.

    • Sections will be clearly marked.

  • We will begin at 8:32

Departure Information

  • We will dismiss kids from 4:45-5:00 each day from the auditorium.

    • Kids must stay in their seats, in the section during pickup

    • Names will be called through the sound system .

    • Kids should exit toward the back exit and though the main lobby so tags can be checked.

    • Please be sure they have their bags, water bottles, clothes, and all items!

  • If you have children participating, coordinate with your group to pick them up during this time while maintaining supervision of your group.

    • If you are not assigned a group, assist groups with pick-up.

  • You should be prepared to leave at 5:10 at the latest each day.

    • Be sure to leave your binder for the next day in your section.

    • Put your lanyard back in the choir room for the next day.

What is OMC?

  • On Friday, we will be having our very own Organized Mass Chaos.  During this time, we will all get to have fun, get wet, and most likely be covered with shaving cream. 

  • Bring a change of clothes and towel afterwards.  Goggles will be provided. If you do not wish to get messy, we have other tasks as well!  To see an example of an OMC, Click Here.

What to Bring
